If your Facebook ad says Active but isn't spending, first check its delivery status at the campaign, ad set and ad levels. Then check your start date, budget, audience size, placements, bidding controls and account issues. An ad can be switched on without actually being eligible or competitive enough to receive meaningful delivery.
